The blogger has re entered the building

Don't know if anyone's noticed, but it's been far too long since I last posted to this blog. I've been working on a book project relating my experience with panic and agoraphobia, and haven't made time to post here as well. To fix that, I'm going to change things up a bit here at PANIC! Typically, I've use this blog to post and discuss links to information and news relevant to those with (or interested in) panic and agoraphobia. Instead, now I'm going to start posting stuff I've written that's intended for the book. There aren't going to be as many links to other web pages; instead, I'm going to focus on telling my story. It's not going to be in order, but that shouldn't prove much of a problem in the blog format.

Hope you enjoy.
